The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Contract Administrator to play an integral role on two projects $300M high‑rise residential development located Western Sydney.

You’ll be working shoulder‑to‑shoulder with experienced Senior Project Manager, Senior Contract Administrator and Site Managers, and Engineers—contributing to the delivery of a major project while developing your career in a collaborative and fast‑paced environment.

Your Responsibilities

- Contract Management: Administer and oversee construction contracts in line with project goals and compliance requirements.
- Cost Control: Manage budgets, track expenditures, and prepare financial reports, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to manage expectations, resolve disputes, and negotiate favorable terms.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed records including variations, progress claims, and contract correspondence.
- Tender Process: Assist with the preparation, issuing, and evaluation of tender documents.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the broader delivery team to ensure timely and efficient contract administration.

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 3-5+ years of construction experience
- Strong background on large‑scale mid‑tier commercial & class 2 residential projects
- Proven leadership in contract management, budget oversight, and subcontractor negotiations
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in project management software such as Jobpac or Cheops
