Building Industry Training Pty Ltd is a growing leader in their field and operating RTO, servicing clients including over 1100 apprentices/trainees throughout Queensland. Due to continual growth, we are expanding our administrative team. There are opportunities for either full time or part-time roles available offering flexible working arrangements.
The administrative team carry out the following tasks:
Data entry
Customer service
Answer telephone calls
General Admin duties such as filing, file preparation, printing, emails etc.,
Providing support for trainers and assessors
Creating / editing basic word documents
The successful candidates will:
Previous RTO Experience is HIGHLY REGARDED
Have previous data entry experience
Be a fast accurate typist
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Have excellent phone etiquette
Have attention to detail
The ability to follow predetermined systems and procedures
Be a team player
Enjoy a fast-paced office environment
Exposure to a Customer Relationship Management database is highly regarded but not essential
