This is a 6‐month rolling contract offering variety, visibility, and the chance to support a fast‐paced financial services workforce.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Level 2/3 desktop support and resolve incidents end‐to‐endMaintain hardware/software asset registersTroubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and AV equipmentSupport O365, Teams, OneDrive, Active Directory administrationAssist with VDI environments (Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, AWS WorkSpaces)Uphold security standards and endpoint protectionProduce technical documentation and user guidesParticipate in occasional after‐hours support rotationSkills & Experience3+ years in desktop support, ideally within financial servicesStrong customer service and communication skillsProficiency in diagnosing hardware, software, and network issuesActive Directory administration and Group Policy managementExperience supporting cloud services and collaboration tools (O365, Teams)AV/conference room support experiencePlease apply or get in touch!
