Role Accountabilities:
•
Mentor and support individuals to identify pathways to wellbeing and employment.
•
Empower clients to overcome barriers by connecting them with support networks and services.
•
Facilitate workshops on employability skills including résumé writing, interview preparation, workplace communication, and etiquette.
•
Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, organisations, and stakeholders to promote collaboration and opportunities.
•
Create a culturally safe environment that encourages open communication and embraces diversity.
Requirements:
•
Aboriginality and/or Torres Strait Islander heritage is a genuine occupational requirement for this position under Section 50(d) of the Equal Opportunity Act 1984 (WA).

Experience working in diverse communities and developing meaningful relationships.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
