POSITION SUMMARY
As a truck driver and labourer, you will support daily site operations by safely transporting materials and assisting with general labour tasks across our high-end landscaping projects. This position reports directly to the Site Foreman.
We aren't looking for just anyone… We want someone long term, who is family-oriented, responsible, reliable, and takes pride in high-quality work. Someone who shows up with a great attitude, maintains strong safety standards, and fits in well with a hardworking crew of good guys.

EXPECTATIONS
● Safely operate company trucks for material pick-ups, deliveries, and site runs.
● Assist onsite with labouring tasks such as unloading materials, site preparation, and general support.
● Communicate clearly with the Foreman about delivery schedules, site needs, and any issues.
● Maintain cleanliness and care of the truck, trailer and tools.
● Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
● Work independently when needed and manage time efficiently.
● Use hand tools and powered equipment safely and correctly.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
● Minimum 3–5 years experience in driving, labouring, construction, or landscaping (preferred).
● Valid Driver's Licence (MR licence or higher).
● Company-provided training available for the right candidate.
● Competently able to operate a 5 tonne tipper truck and a tool trailer at times.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
● Ability to spend periods standing, walking, and performing manual labour.
● Must be able to lift and move up to 20kg.
