About the Role:
As a Warranty Administrator, you will be a crucial link in our service operation—processing warranty claims efficiently, accurately, and with integrity. Your role is vital in upholding our commitment to personalised attention, transparency, and professionalism. Please note, our brand portfolio and dealership focus may evolve, and you'll be adaptable to these changes.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Co-ordinate the flow of vehicles from factory dealership
* Accurately manage all new and used vehicle stock from arrival to handover
* Maintain internal systems with up-to-date vehicle data and documentation
* Liaise with sales, service, logistics, and management to coordinate vehicle flow
* Interact with customers to discuss vehicle issues, obtain approvals for repairs, and provide timely updates on service progress.
* Support the diagnosis of vehicle problems, accurately document findings, and support Service Advisors by gathering detailed insights into customer concerns.
* Determine warranty coverage, including statutory, approved car warranty, or goodwill claims, and submit warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
* Manage warranty parts—return, dispose of, and handle them following manufacturer guidelines—and ensure they are cleaned, tagged, securely stored, and handled properly.
* Finalise job sheets with customer charges and warranty items post-inspection and approval.
