The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a culture of safety and wellbeing within our organisation. This involves providing quality advice and support to leaders, proactively assisting in the continuous improvement of our Safety Management System, and implementing preventive measures and safety controls.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Extensive experience in a similar role with a high level of technical capability and expert knowledge in OH&S legislation, regulations, standards, and codes of practice
* Proven track record in a Safety function in a multi-service environment, incorporating both office and field-based operations
* Ability to be agile and make swift, evidence-based decisions
* Emotional intelligence, personal resilience, and tenacity
* Supportive and collaborative problem-solving experience
