Seeking a results-driven people leader and sales manager to join us working in the Christchurch region
The Role
This is a crucial role working out of our retail store in Christchurch that requires a knowledgeable people leader and sales manager to help us further grow and expand within the Canterbury region. This is a 45 hour per week role, working across Monday to Saturday. Your responsibilities will include the following:
* Management and profitability of products and sales
* Training and development of staff
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
* Accurate stock management and quality control
* Ensuring best Health & Safety procedures and processes are followed
To be successful you will need:
* A full, clean NZ Driver's License
* A minimum of 3 years proven management experience, with the ability to showcase your retail sales and people management skills
* Previous experience within the tyre or automotive industry
* An exceptional attitude and positive approach to work
* Determination and desire to bring out the best in people and be a great leader
* Strong commercial acumen and business management skills
