Job Title:
A Content Developer is sought by the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission to assist in creating digital content in line with established development processes from specification documents.
This role supports the ongoing development and maintenance of a SharePoint-based formal document management system covering the Commission's functions.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical competencies in producing high quality digital content, strong time management skills, and the ability to work independently within an environment of change and ambiguity.
The role entails maintaining and developing content in SharePoint that supports Commission staff to effectively interact with business units.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in content publication including creating, editing, reviewing, and archiving digital content, ensuring consistency in presentation and branding.
* Assist in the curation of Commission documentation and the team's digital asset library.
* Develop site maps.
* Develop site page templates.
* Contribute to documenting the team's processes.
* Respond to Service Desk requests and incidents.
* Manage cross-functional workflows and ensure high quality outcomes.
* Demonstrate attention to detail and finalisation of allocated tasks in a timely fashion.
* Work independently within an environment of change and ambiguity, and with minimal instruction or guidance.
* Work in and with geographically dispersed teams.
* Resolve conflicts between competing work goals, priorities, and projects.
* Display sound judgement in challenging environments.
