As a passionate and professional OSHC Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our service to ensure seamless operation in line with government regulations, legislation, national quality framework, and organisational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships to foster commitment to the PCYC brand.
- Promote a supportive culture of safety in alignment with PCYC Queensland values.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum Diploma in childhood studies or other qualifications recognised by the regulatory authority.
- Demonstrate ability to take on responsibility of Nominated supervisor.
- Showcase demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing OSHC operations.
- Prove experience in leading and managing a multidisciplinary OSHC team.
