Key Role of Accounts Receivable Team Lead
The primary responsibilities of an Accounts Receivable Team Leader involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of accounts receivable, ensuring seamless management of end-to-end processes including invoicing, payments, and collections.
* Manage aged debt, suspense accounts, and proactively resolve discrepancies to minimize financial risks.
* Maintain accurate records and generate timely AR reports and KPIs for senior management to inform strategic decisions.
Candidates will have experience leading accounts receivable teams, proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems, and exceptional stakeholder management skills to drive process improvements and maintain compliance with audit standards.
