Reporting into the Head of Finance this role will own end to end financial planning & analysis function for corporate entities, planning, budgeting & forecasting and manage it's corporate model.
This is a hands on role that combines rigorous analytical thinking with strong financial discipline, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to take genuine ownership of the function and be accountable for it's innovation, in a setting that value best practice.
You will work closely with the Real Estate, Investment Management and Finance teams to deliver insightful information, support decision making, develop scenario analysis and sensitivity models. Supporting capital, treasury management and evaluate strategic decisions such as new business and investments.
Requirements
* Experience in a corporate finance, FP&A or financial control function, ideally within financial services, real estate or a comparable industry
* Demonstrated ability to prepare high-quality management and board reporting deliverables
* Strong Excel skills with a track record of maintaining (if not building) financial models
* Excellent communication; written and verbal skills
