**What You'll Do**:
- Lead a hybrid recruitment desk, managing both temp and perm roles in the Allied Health space.
- Develop and mentor a team of both experienced and green consultants, ensuring they thrive in their recruitment careers.
- Drive business development and strategic sourcing, opening doors and expanding market reach across government, private, NFP, and NGO organisations.
- Stay close to the action—leading by doing. Whether it's bringing in new business, covering desks during leave, or ensuring your team operates at peak performance, you'll be hands-on.
- Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, where agility, resilience, and a results-driven mindset will set you apart.
**What We're Looking For**:
- Proven leadership experience in agency recruitment, preferably within Allied Health, healthcare, or another professional services sector.
- A strong track record in temp or perm recruitment, with the ability to drive results, win new business, and grow market share.
- An engaging leadership style, with the ability to coach and develop consultants at all levels.
