The Role:
We are seeking a Retail Facilities Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, organize, direct, and inspect the work of maintenance contractors, supervising the maintenance of records and reports on work performed. Including hands-on technical problems troubleshooting and solving.
2. Enhance relationships and continued business opportunities with key stakeholders.
3. Be the primary contact for technical and maintenance advice, supporting clients as well as day-to-day management of all matters relating to operations, engineering, risk and compliance.
4. Implement and maintain procedures in accordance with National and State regulations as well as any client requirements.
5. Ensure all relevant statutory requirements are appropriately addressed in the delivery of all services.
6. Manage operational budget preparation, forecasting, and delivery.
About the Job:
This is an immediate start temporary role with the potential for permanency. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities management and be able to demonstrate strong communication skills.
