The Role:
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Mentor, coach, and lead a small team
* Ensure the smooth running of the office and its operations
* Training and onboarding staff as required
* Ensure staff are adhering to company policies & procedures
* Market analysis & financial reporting/budgeting
* Implement new processes as required
* HR and recruitment duties

The Candidate:
* Previous experience as a General Manager within Student Accommodation, Hotel Management, or Real Estate
* Ability to manage and lead a team
* Demonstrated ability to update, develop, implement, and evaluate policies, procedures, and programs
