Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Supervisor based in Adelaide, SA. The Construction Supervisor will oversee daily site operations, manage on-site teams, ensure adherence to construction safety standards, and conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control. The role also involves effective communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and the successful delivery of projects within the expected timeline and budget.
Qualifications
* Strong Supervisory Skills and experience in Site Supervision to lead and manage on-site teams effectively.
* Proficiency in Construction Safety practices and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
* Skilled in conducting site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
* Excellent Communication skills for liaising with team members, contractors, and clients efficiently.
* Sound knowledge of construction processes and an ability to troubleshoot or resolve on-site challenges.
* Prior experience in residential and commercial construction projects is an advantage.
* Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field are highly desirable.
* Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
