About the Role (your why)

This dynamic role supports one of our most successful teams by providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth within our business. You'll leverage your previous IT licensing experience to develop strong relationships with existing and new clients, identify opportunities, and support the sales process from proposal to close

This is a fast-paced environment where you'll hit the ground running and have the opportunity to contribute directly to the team's success, with potential for career advancement

Our offices are based in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth. We like to bring people together two days in the office, and we are mindful of the benefits of working from home for work/ life balance

What you'll do

As the Licensing Coordinator you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

* Responding to customer licensing queries, providing quotes, and ensuring all software renewals are kept up to date
* Working with distributors and vendors including managing the orders pre- and post-sales
* Contributing to monthly reporting for external and internal customers
* Attending vendor and distributor training regularly to develop product knowledge and understanding
* Supporting and working closely with Business Development in the day-to-day transactions of their software for clients including
* Ensuring Account Managers and Software Licensing Consultants are kept up to date with all Communications on any Escalations / Issues / Resolutions
* Deal Registration for software vendors where required
* Working with accounts department on various administration tasks for our orders
* Meeting expected Service Levels for customers and internal purposes

What you'll bring

* At least 2 years of ICT experience
* Hands-on experience with software licensing programs from vendors, including Adobe
* A track record of building lasting customer and vendor partnerships
* Skilled at connecting with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams
* Clear, persuasive communicator (written and spoken)
* Analytical thinker with solid problem-solving skills
* Detail-focused and organised
* Proactive team player who can also work independently
* Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise workloads and get the job done


Desirable:

* Experience with Xvantage and ZenDesk
