About The Role (your Why)

This dynamic role supports one of our most successful teams by providing exceptional customer service and supporting sales growth within our business. You'll leverage your previous IT hardware experience to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients and suppliers. You will work with our sales team to support the sales process from proposal to close. This is a fast-paced environment where you'll hit the ground running and can contribute directly to the team's success, with potential for career advancement.

We like to bring people together in person when we can, but we are mindful of the benefits of working from home for work/life balance. We therefore leave it to you and the team you join to figure out what works best

* Please note: Due to the security requirements of our customers, this role is only available to Australian Citizens only.


What You'll Do

As Sales Support Coordinator, you will:

* Receive, quote, and review hardware requests, liaise with external suppliers and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.
* Plan and prioritise sales support activities towards achieving agreed business goals, whilst managing your time and productivity.
* Identify sales leads and escalate them to Business Development Managers.
* Complete tasks in resourceful and effective ways as a skilled specialist.
* Maintain sales statistics, records of sales performance, and the customer database.
* Provide administrative support for the production of tenders, bids, and other sales-related documents.
* Handle or escalate customer complaints related to our products/services.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to build a culture of service excellence.
* Ensure that Datacom and client processes, policies, and procedures are followed and adhered to.
* Promote a positive culture within the team.

We are a pretty agile company, and are keen to respond to customer, technology, and internal stakeholders' changing requirements, which can mean evolving roles to meet those needs.


Requirements


What you'll bring

We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience within the ICT sector. You will possess the following skills and attributes:

* Sound IT hardware product and services knowledge.
* Excellent customer/vendor relationship building and management skills.
* Ability to interact and network frequently with a variety of stakeholders and team members within your area of expertise.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Attention to detail and good organisational skills.
* A team player with the ability to work independently.
