About the Role
You'll be part of a passionate kitchen crew supporting our chefs and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From prepping fresh ingredients to keeping the kitchen spotless, your work helps us deliver exceptional dining experiences to guests surrounded by one of the Sunshine Coast's most beautiful settings.
Responsibilities
* Dishwashing and general kitchen cleaning
* Assisting chefs with food prep and service
* Maintaining clean, organised work areas
* Following hygiene and safety standards at all times
* Supporting the team during peak service periods
What We're Looking For
* A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
* Reliable, punctual, and motivated
* Works well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
* Available to work weekdays and weekends as required
* Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is great (but not essential)
* Commitment to at least 6 months availability
* Australian working rights
* A current working with children check (blue card) or willing to obtain one
