The Department of Medical Imaging at Mackay Base Hospital has an opportunity for a Clinical Director to join their team on a Permanent Full-Time basis (80hrs p.f.).

Job Overview
We are seeking a Specialist in Medical Imaging to provide high-quality clinical services within a modern, well‑resourced department.
Key responsibilities
* Delivering expert clinical services to the Medical Imaging Department
* Educating and collaborating with:
o Medical staff and students
o Nursing and allied health professionals
o Relevant community and stakeholder groups
* Actively participating in:
o Patient safety initiatives
o Clinical audit and research
o Service planning and continuous improvement

Remuneration Package
Total remuneration package up to $549,491 p.a., comprising:
* Base salary: $215,078 – $271,430 p.a. (L18–L27)
* Superannuation: Up to 12.75% employer contribution
* Annual leave loading: 17.5% (on four weeks leave)
* Professional Development Allowance: $21,500 p.a.
* Professional Development Leave: 3.6 weeks p.a.
