Job Description

We are seeking an Associate Nurse Unit Manager with a minimum of 12 months experience in mental health and 12 months experience in a leadership position i.e. ANUM or CNS to join our team to contribute to the provision of excellent, compassionate specialist mental health services.

You will be a strong, committed mental health nurse, who is passionate about facilitating the very best outcomes for your patients and their families from admission to discharge in a dynamic multidisciplinary team environment.

As a leader within our clinical team, you will have the support of a great team and management who are committed to facilitating a collegial, patient-centred, specialist mental health environment.

You will utilise your excellent communication and problem‐solving skills to work collaboratively with the Nurse Unit Manager, our multidisciplinary team and the Hospital Coordinators to facilitate safe, recovery focused mental health care.

This role is a part time position, working 30.4 hours per week.

Qualifications

* Current unrestricted AHPRA Nursing registration
* Previous mental health nursing experience
