Construction Development Coordinator
Assume a key role in the delivery of our major project in one of SA's most iconic regions! As a motivated Construction Supervisor, you'll have the opportunity to accelerate your development working side-by-side with experienced Project Managers and Senior Site Managers who are committed to your growth.
* Support daily site operations and contribute to smooth project delivery
* Assist with scheduling, coordination, and site documentation
* Work closely with subcontractors and site teams to monitor progress and quality
* Manage safety, compliance, and reporting
* Provide technical support and problem-solving for on-site challenges
* Document control and general office duties
* Learn the full lifecycle of project delivery on a large, complex build
As a recent Construction Management graduate with 1-2 years' experience, you'll be eager to learn and take on new responsibilities. You'll work in a fast-paced site environment with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in pursuing a career in site-based project delivery.
