Global Affiliate Marketing Lead
Join our marketing team as a Global Affiliate Marketing Lead to drive sales and growth in the ANZ region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to boost revenue and brand visibility.
* Manage the global affiliate program, including onboarding, compliance, performance tracking, and optimization across platforms.
* Identify and develop new commercial and brand partnerships to fuel customer acquisition and expand market reach.
* Plan and execute co-branded marketing campaigns, coordinating internal teams and external partners.
* Analyze partner and affiliate performance to provide insights for ROI and acquisition metric optimization.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partner marketing, or loyalty programs, ideally within travel, tourism, ecommerce, or lifestyle brands.
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with experience managing large-scale partnerships.
* Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, Awin, Rakuten) and tracking/reporting tools.
* Demonstrated ability to plan and execute co-branded campaigns that drive measurable results.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor performance, track ROI, and optimize partner activity.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills able to build rapport across internal teams and external partners.
