About the Role
The HSEQ Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the organisation's Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality management systems, with a focus on achieving and maintaining ISO accreditation.
This role ensures the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of internal systems, processes, and documentation that support safe, compliant, and high-performing operations.
Responsibilities
* Accountable for achieving and maintaining ISO certification (9001, 14001, 45001)
* Develop, implement, and govern internal quality systems across HSEQ, HR, training, and corporate compliance
* Lead internal and external audits and maintain audit readiness across the business
* Ensure document structures and processes are consistent, traceable, and aligned with business objectives
* Provide strategic reporting on risk, compliance, system maturity, and improvement outcomes
* Participate in risk reviews, methodology development, and mobilisation planning
* Align onboarding, training, and procedural documentation to ISO standards and operational needs
* Lead incident investigations and manage improvement actions across business functions
* Conduct audits and field inspections to verify compliance with internal procedures
* Oversee the implementation of internal governance documentation such as policies, review schedules, and internal approvals
About You
* 7+ years' experience managing integrated quality systems in civil, infrastructure, or related industries
* Proven experience achieving and maintaining ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certifications
* Strong understanding of internal policy governance, HR compliance, and training systems
* Skilled in leading audits, investigations, and continuous improvement projects
* Excellent communication and coaching skills across all organisational levels
* Diploma or Degree in WHS, Quality, or Compliance
* Lead Auditor certification and ISO systems training
* ICAM certification (preferred)
