Responsibilities
* Expertly install steel frames, ensuring precision and alignment to project specifications
* Fit and install windows, doors, and frames, James Hardie cladding with accuracy and attention to detail
* Perform roofing and eaves installation, ensuring structural integrity and durability
* Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to complete tasks efficiently
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards
* Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and company quality expectations
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
* Proven experience in steel frame installation, windows, doors, frames, roofing, and eaves (3+ years preferred)
* Strong technical skills and knowledge of carpentry techniques related to steel frame construction
* Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
* Reliable, detail-oriented, and dedicated to producing high-quality work
* Proficiency in using tools and equipment necessary for carpentry work
* Valid driver's license
