Administration and Events Coordinator
We are seeking a dynamic Administration and Events professional to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone transitioning from a waiter role or currently studying events and seeking practical experience.
You will be crucial in supporting our office and management teams with various tasks, including customer service, switchboard management, office administration, and reservations.
* Manage event and reservation inquiries
* Operate the switchboard for multiple venues
* Coordinate with FOH & BOH teams about upcoming events
* General administration and process card payments
* Occasional site visits
You will have:
* Australian permanent resident
* Fluent in written and spoken English
* Proficient in MS Office
* Experience with events software (e.g. Tripleseat) and reservations software (e.g. SevenRooms)
* Strong multitasking abilities and capability to work under pressure
* Excellent attention to detail and grooming standards
* Passion for food and dining experiences
Preferred requirements include:
* Experience in a busy office, events, or restaurant operations
* Knowledge of Italian food & wine
* Italian language skills (bonus)
