You'll manage a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 125 quality investment properties, with day-to-day support from a dedicated leasing team, New Business Department, and an experienced Department Manager so you're not expected to do it all alone.
We invest heavily in systems that remove unnecessary workload from our Property Managers. This includes 360° cameras for clear, transparent inspections, AI-generated entry condition reports for consistency, and "Alex," our virtual assistant who handles common tenant queries and maintenance requests, freeing you up to focus on what actually matters, delivering exceptional service
Duties / responsibilities
This role focuses on relationship-driven property management, supported by systems and team members that keep workloads realistic and organised.
* Managing property maintenance
* Routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
* Follow up of rental arrears
* Tenant communication
* Preparing for and attending QCAT cases with help from our department manager
* Management of data entry for all properties managed by you
* Keeping up to date and practice current Property Management legislation
* Regular communication with landlords and tenants
* Attending to the day to day activities of managing a property portfolio
Skills / Experience:
* MUST have a current QLD Real Estate Certificate (at minimum)
* Excellent personal presentation
* Exceptional time management skills
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
* Customer service focused
* Highly motivated, punctual, reliable and honest
* Disciplined to follow procedures and process
* Ability to build rapport with clients
* Current driver's licence
