* Production Efficiency: Drive productivity and efficiency in plant operations, ensuring that targets are met and exceeded where possible.
* Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
* Customer Service: Foster strong relationships with customers, providing excellent service and support to meet their needs.
