We're seeking a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our highly experienced Labour Hire Team. This role is an exciting one as you'll sync in with the existing team and hit the ground running with all the hustle and bustle of a busy Construction Trades and Labour department.
**The Role**
**Duties include**:
- Create and advertise job adverts via a range of media/job boards
- Liaising with clients to confirm job orders and role briefs
- General administration
- Assisting with training new members of the team
**About you**
- You will have at least 1 years' experience working on a labour hire desk OR a strong desire to learn recruitment
- You have worked within or have knowledge of construction, trades or manufacturing industries
- You like working with and meeting people
- You like to be challenged
- You can handle pressure
- You have great detail with the tasks you perform
- You like a laugh and can build relationships with all stakeholders
- You're driven by career development
