O2F is seeking experienced developer programmers to fill a full-time position in Ballarat Central, Victoria.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise content management solutions across large-scale environments.
About the Role
As a developer programmer at O2F, you will lead and contribute to the end-to-end development, configuration and implementation of IBM FileNet solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain code for enterprise content management solutions;
* Configure and optimize FileNet repositories, access controls, security models, metadata structures, and lifecycle management policies;
* Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning across FileNet applications and environments;
* Optimize system performance through tuning, access control management, and lifecycle policy implementation;
* Participate in FileNet platform upgrades and patching activities;
* Mentor and guide junior developers;
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications
* Relevant Bachelor's degree or higher qualification;
* Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in developing enterprise-grade content management solutions across complex environments;
* Demonstrated extensive (5+ years) experience with IBM FileNet solutions;
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritise deadlines;
* Exceptional customer service skills.

Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per annum.
