McIntosh & Son, Albany has an opportunity for a Branch Administrator to join the team on a Full Time basis.

Reporting to the Southern Group Administration Manager, you will support the service workshop facility through a range of tasks including invoicing, administration and phone support.

This is a great role if you like to work in a busy environment with a lot of variety in your day.

The key responsibilities include:

* Reception Duties
* All administrative duties for the service department
* Open, monitor and close all Repair Orders and record technician hours
* Continually monitor Work-In-Progress reports and review with Service Manager
* Raise all workshop purchase orders and enter invoices into e-Emphasys database
* Ensure accurate and efficient data-entry and record maintenance

You will have:

* Previous experience in providing a high standard of administrative support in a workshop or mechanical servicing environment would be an advantage
* Exceptional data entry skills with an extremely high level of accuracy
* Superior communication skills (written and oral) and attention to detail
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, ability to prioritise tasks with competing deadlines
* Strong capabilities with computers, particularly databases and spreadsheets
* Ability to maintain focus and multi-task in a high pressured and ever-changing environment
* Proficient in maintaining an electronic file management system.
