Clinical Nurse Palliative Care
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team of healthcare professionals who are dedicated to providing high-quality palliative care services to clients across various locations in the community.
As a Clinical Nurse Palliative Care, you will be responsible for assessing individual client needs and planning, implementing or coordinating appropriate service delivery from a range of accepted options. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to clients and their families.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated competence in palliative nursing practice, effective communication skills, including problem-solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills. They will also be capable of dealing appropriately and relevantly with clients and families where there are multiple complexities, diverse cultural backgrounds and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assess individual client needs and develop comprehensive care plans
* Implement or coordinate appropriate service delivery from a range of accepted options
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to clients and their families
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, families and carers
Key Qualifications:
* Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
* Demonstrated competence in palliative nursing practice
* Effective communication skills, including problem-solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
