The Opportunity
Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage all aspects of the Processing & Maintenance function in a manner consistent with the Company's Vision and Values.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity, working on a rotating 8/6 and 4/3 roster, on a FIFO or DIDO basis.
The focus of the Processing & Maintenance Manager is to:
Advise and support the team in technical matters across Processing & Maintenance
Develop robust and flexible team capability
Plan strategically across all frames for consistent and sustainable delivery to budget and LOM plans
Manage Operational and Capex budgets, including process infrastructure projects
Contribute as a key member of the on-site Senior Management Team

We're excited to hear from you if you have:
Tertiary Degree in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering (desirable).
Driver's License (C Class).
Significant mineral processing experience at a Manager or Superintendent level.
5+ years' experience in gold mining operations.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Decision making and work management skills.
Effective written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
Initiative and team building skills.
