Salary Range: $86,600 - $124,725 pending experience + Super + Allowances
We're seeking a passionate and dedicated Inclusive Practice Teacher to join our team with tertiary qualifications and registration (or eligibility) with the Queensland College of Teachers.
The Inclusive Practice Teacher plays a vital role in supporting students with disability to actively and meaningfully engage in learning within the school environment. Working collaboratively with school leadership, teachers, student support services and families, you will provide expert guidance on inclusive practices, curriculum adjustments and personalised learning approaches. Through coaching, consultation and capacity building, you will support staff to confidently meet the diverse needs of learners, while contributing to key processes such as Individual Education Plans and system-wide initiatives. This role is instrumental in fostering an inclusive, supportive and high-quality learning environment where every student can thrive.
You'll join a supportive team of committed teachers who work together in partnership with the parent community to create the best possible learning experience for every student. Your understanding of contemporary teaching practices, and your ability to adapt and support a diverse range of learners, will help every child feel included, valued, and confident.
