Main Responsibilities
* Financial Reporting: Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, monthly management accounts, and statutory returns in a timely manner.
* Project Management: Manage accounts payable, receivables, payment runs, and business credit cards efficiently.
* Operational Management: Complete weekly payroll, calculate accruals, and prepare invoices for clients while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
* Business Development: Identify areas of improvement, supervise staff, and implement new processes to drive business growth.
* Customer Service: Provide general office duties, handle customer enquiries, and process payments efficiently.
