Job Title: Program Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Program Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and community development.
The role involves developing, implementing, and facilitating the Student Leadership Alliance for primary school students. This program aims to promote student leadership spirit and participation among students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Program Development: Develop, implement, and facilitate the Student Leadership Alliance for Karratha and Wickham primary schools students.
* School Cooperation: Support cooperation between schools through tri-termly activities, bi-annual alliance events, and annual forums.
* Evaluation and Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Student Leadership Alliance.
* Culture Development: Foster a culture among students and staff to promote student leadership spirit and participation in the alliance.
The ideal applicant will have experience as an educator with a passion for creating inclusive learning environments and strong strategic and operational skills.
Requirements:
