The Role We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales & Marketing Administrator to support the Sales & Operations Teams, reporting to the Sales Team Leader. You will join the team initially in a temp capacity and if successful, there is a view to a long-term perm position within the business. Liaise with the customers and sales team regarding quotes and orders. Receive and accurately process orders via phone, email and online, also entering invoices in the Odoo ERP system. Monitor and maintain the data quality within Odoo & their E-commerce platform Woo. Send reports to the Sales team regarding expected new orders and deliveries to ensure they are informed on progress and timelines. Ensure that delivery and transportation is arranged efficiently and cost-effectively, managing delivery schedules. Maintain the marketing platform, report on any errors and create improvement processes Undertake additional administrative or support tasks as required by the Sales & Operations teams. Your Profile Relevant experience working in a sales administration role previously. Strong customer focus, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. MUST have experience using ERP and E-Commerce platforms, exposure to Odoo & Woo would be an advantage! Demonstrated ability to deal with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
