The Opportunity
In this role, you will manage day-today operations, effectively delivering, maintaining & improving Facilities Management services.
Work closely with your team to build strong relationships with our partner and provide exceptional customer service.
此 role will be based in Melbourne Metro North.
Your key responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day operations across multiple sites, while developing strategies and business plans.
* Effectively manage maintenance budgets and contractual agreements
* Conduct audits verifying maintenance is performed in accordance with agreed scope and are compliant with safety, risk assessment etc.
* Manage all landlord and property related issues ensuring sites are a safe and fully operational
* Be the point of escalation and provide support to supervisors and the technical workforce, including subcontractors working within the region.
* Regularly provide reports and analysis of business performance to key stakeholders
To be considered for this role
* Previous experience in a similar role, supervising and managing maintenance programs with a good understanding of building systems.
* Proficiency in budget management and comprehension of financial reports
* Proven track record in exceptional customer service and have excellent communication and people management skills
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational and administrative skills
* Current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain.
