Major Builders BDM
In this role, you'll be at the heart of our growth strategy, building strong relationships with builders and electricians. You'll drive growth by expanding new and existing building partnerships, assessing commercial viability and building compelling business cases, negotiating contracts with confidence, and monitoring market trends to evolve our value proposition and solutions. We have 2 Sydney-based, full-time permanent roles with remote work; our head office is in Melbourne.
Responsibilities
* Contribute to and execute the business sales strategy with indirect sales, builders and electricians.
* Manage a collaborative sales pipeline (Electricity, Gas and Solar connections) through to the delivery of annual sales and business plans.
* Develop business cases for potential clients and negotiate contract terms, including commercial and legal requirements.
* Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with clients including builders, electricians and other key partners.
* Identify and implement process and system improvements to drive excellence in business development, stakeholder management, operational and pipeline efficiency.
