What will you be doing?
Delivering all requirements within the firm, ensuring seamless delivery for all meetings and clients:
First point of contact to client and staff;
Provide services including barista, waiter service, food preparation, plating service and handling;
Cleaning & maintenance of catering equipment, client meeting rooms, events and functions;
Review meeting bookings & events on a daily basis to determine the associated requirements and general up keep;
Act as a conduit between the business, Reception and Facilities;
Undertake receptionist responsibilities when required;
Adherence to employment regulations, awards and health and safety requirements; and
Service of all staff kitchen areas ensuring supplies are stocked, coffee machines are maintained and serviced regularly.
