Candidates should be well-presented and have a good work ethic, with the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
* At least two years front of house experience in a similar style restaurant;
* Professionally serving and clearing plates;
* Understanding of professional wine service;
* Interest in Tasmanian food, wine, and beer;
* Well presented with a good work ethic;
* Valid RSA Certificate;
