Transforming the world of sports and media requires a strategic partner with exceptional operational skills. As a Legal & Business Affairs Operations Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our sport.

We're driving innovation in digital experiences, junior participation, cultural diversity, gender equality, and sustainability while reimagining women's cricket and building player connections through compelling storytelling.

This role sits at the intersection of law, media rights, and commercial operations, supporting high-profile partnerships and initiatives that drive business growth. You'll champion operational excellence, manage delivery of media rights entitlements, drive innovation through technology and AI, and support governance, player contracting, and financial processes.

You'll work closely with the Head of Legal - Media Rights, Broadcast & Digital on:

* Media Rights & Commercial Operations: Managing contractual entitlements, supporting media rights sales, negotiations, and strategic programs.
* Technology & Innovation: Maintaining our legal portal, exploring AI capabilities, and automating player contracting processes.
* Administrative & Team Support: Providing administrative support, organizing meetings, drafting presentations, reports, and player contracting documentation.
* Governance & Compliance: Maintaining policy registers, assisting with company secretary duties, and leading archive retention initiatives.
* Financial Management: Preparing budget documentation, processing invoices, and advising on budget deployment.

We seek a professional with:

* Tertiary qualification in Business, Law, or Sport Administration
* Experience in contract management, legal administration, or commercial operations
* Excellent interpersonal skills, organisational skills, and attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise tasks, adhere to timelines, and communicate effectively
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
