About the Role
We're seeking a passionate Store Manager to join our team at our beautiful Subiaco store on a fixed term contract until March 2024. As the most senior member of the team, you'll partner closely with the Assistant Manager to develop and coach the team to achieve monthly sales targets and individual KPIs.
Your Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve store performance
* Partner with the Assistant Manager to recruit, train, and develop team members
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
