Requirements
* You must have local real estate industry experience and associated influences
* You should be able to appraise properties and identify positive aspects and potential of rural and residential properties
* You need to hold a Real Estate licence and a current driver's license
* You should have sound marketing skills
* You need to understand real estate legislation
* You should have excellent communication, organizational, negotiation, and client relationship skills
* You should have a keen eye for detail
* You should be a team player with enthusiasm, energy, and good time management skills
