What You'll Be Doing
* Preparing & cooking a wide range of dishes, from bulk production to fresh, seasonal plates
* Working in an open kitchen where you are part of the guest experience
* Delivering consistently high standards in taste, presentation and timing
* Maintaining strong hygiene, safety & HACCP practices
* Pitching in across the team, because we all succeed together
What We're Looking For
* Previous cooking experience or a genuine passion for great food
* Ability to stay organised & meet timeframes, even during busy periods
* Solid understanding of kitchen hygiene & WHS principles
* A team player with a positive, can‐do attitude
* Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
