HomeRepair is a wholly owned subsidiary of Suncorp Group Ltd (Suncorp), a major general insurer in Australia and New Zealand. Our primary business is to provide residential repair and Make Safe services in Australia for insurance claims made by Suncorp's home insurance customers.
About the role
Reporting to the Business Analysis Manager you will play a key role in leading the identification of complex business needs and driving the analysis of processes to define robust solutions that deliver measurable value to stakeholders. Acting as a strategic liaison between business units and technical teams, this role ensures comprehensive understanding and alignment of requirements, supporting the design and implementation of effective solutions.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage end-to-end analysis activities, including requirements development, process improvement, and solution design.
* Coach, mentor, and support team members, driving capability uplift and continuous improvement.
* Engage stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements.
* Translate business needs into clear, elaborated user stories ready for development.
* Lead workshops across different business units.
* Challenge assumptions and recommend modern, scalable alternatives.
* Collaborate with developers to ensure effective handover and ongoing support during development.
Skills & experience
