Job Description

As a Resourcing Specialist, you will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding talented individuals who share our commitment to delivering person-centred care and support.

You will work within a team who are engaging, collaborative, and supportive to ensure you reach your full potential.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated recruiter to join a dynamic environment where you can build meaningful connections with candidates and colleagues.

* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a range of roles across our organisation.
* Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
* Screen, interview, and shortlist applicants.
* Facilitate regular assessment centres.
* Maintain accurate records in our recruitment systems.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support onboarding, training bookings, and documentation.


Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Previous experience in recruitment (agency, internal, or employment/job services).
* Confidence picking up the phone and engaging with candidates directly.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and approachable manner.
* Ability to stay organised, responsive, and manage competing priorities effectively.
* Experience working with systems and managing data.
