* Screen, interview, and shortlist applicants.
* Facilitate regular assessment centres.
* Maintain accurate records in our recruitment systems.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support onboarding, training bookings, and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in recruitment (agency, internal, or employment/job services).
* Confidence picking up the phone and engaging with candidates directly.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and approachable manner.
* Ability to stay organised, responsive, and manage competing priorities effectively.
* Experience working with systems and managing data.
