The Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled Aluminium Fabricator / Welder to join our energetic and supportive workshop team. The role is primarily workshop/bench-based, focusing on the high-precision fabrication and welding of premium aluminium boats.
You will also have the opportunity to work on general fabrication and engineering projects as the business continues to grow toward our 2026 excellence goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Fabrication and welding of aluminium marine products to a High Standard.
* Interpreting technical drawings and design packages under the direction of the Fabrication Lead.
* Assisting in general fabrication and engineering tasks as required to maintain operational efficiency.
* Ensuring High-class finishes in line with project specifications and our professional Standard.
What You'll Bring:
* Trade qualification or relevant hands-on experience.
* Strong aluminium fabrication and welding skills.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings confidently.
• Self-motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills, committed to workplace civility and professional conduct.
* Excellent time management and the ability to work independently to meet production schedules.
* Previous marine industry experience (highly regarded).
