**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the Front of House management of the Brisbane office
- managing reception and ensuring the reception floor is kept safe and clean.
- Manage all internal and external facing queries related to tenancy: repairs and maintenance and ensuring tenancy meets health, safety and security requirements that are kept up to date.
- Manage and implement an effective travel management process for that is cost-effective and aligned with policies and procedures (HSE in particular).
- Maintain all office consumables -stationery, kitchen, personal protective equipment, corporate clothing and business cards.
- Provide general Office administration services, including SAP administration, Security system management, record management, office/ intranet updates and ad-hoc projects (e.g. Block and stack).

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience leading a team.
- Holds either Project Management or Business Management accreditations.
- Administration/Facilities Management experience.
- Strong understanding of OH&S; standards.
