We are seeking a motivated and reliable Groundsman to join our Bathurst team. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, take prides in presentation and has an exceptional eye for detail.
What the role includes:
* Lawn mowing (including ride on mowers for the bigger jobs).
* Whipper Snipping and edging.
* Hedge trimming and pruning.
* Weed control and spraying.
* General garden maintenance and weed pulling.
* Basic garden clean-ups and presentation work.
* Loading equipment and towing a trailer between sites.
About you:
* You enjoy working outdoors and take pride in neat, tidy, well-presented gardens.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Experience with grounds, gardening or similar (preferred)
* Confident operating grounds equipment including push mowers, ride on mowers, hedge trimmers, chainsaws, whipper snippers etc.
* Able to safely drive and operate a vehicle with a trailer.
* Reliable, punctual and able to work unsupervised or as part of a team.
