sab wandong pty ltd We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our IGA store. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, customer-focused, and capable of leading a team to deliver excellent service and achieve sales target. * Oversee daily retail operations including opening, closing, and stock management
* Manage and supervise retail staff, including rostering, training, and performance monitoring
* Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries and complaints
* Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet sales targets
* Manage inventory, supplier orders, and stock levels
* Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety and hygiene standards
* Assist with budgeting, cost control, and reporting to the business owner Qualification & experience Relevant experience of atleast 1 year in retail or store manager role.
Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication, problem solving and organisational abilities. Ability to manage budgets, targets and reporting Proficient with POS systems and basic computer skills About Company
